Adams Peack


Adam's Peak is a 2,243 metres  tall pointed mountain located in central Sri Lanka. The Batticaloa Fort is the main tourist attraction in Batticaloa which was built by the Portuguese in 1628 and was the first to be captured by the Dutch on 18 May 1638. Later, the fort was used by British from 1745. The fort has a structure of four bastions and protected by the Batticaloa Lagoon from two sides and a canal of the other two sides. Kallady Bridge  is a road bridge in eastern Sri Lanka. It crosses the Batticaloa Lagoon at Batticaloa. The bridge is part of the A4 Colombo-Batticaloa highway. It is located in the Eastern Province of SriLanka. The neighbor district for Batticaloa are Trincomale and Ampara. In Trincomale there are 10 hot water wells. Dambulla Cave Temple



Ambuluwawa mountain is considered one of the must visit places in the Gampola area and although its a hard journey some people do climb the mountain on foot. The journey is worth it because it offers one of the most beautiful scenes you can ever see. In the 11th Century, the town was temporarily made a capital on the orders of a South Indian Prince. The region was later planted with coconut trees, whose by-products are used for both internal and external trade. If you visit kalutara you can see 38-meter long Kalutara Bridge which was built at the mouth of the Kalu Gang River and serves as a major link between the country’s Western and Southern border. At the southern end of the bridge lies the 3 stories-high Kalutara Vihara, a Buddhist temple built in the 1960s which holds the distinction of being the only shrine in the world that is hollow and is one of the best places to visit in Kalutara. In addition to serving as a tourist resort town, the town is also renowned for its mangosteen fruits.






Negombo is a beautiful beach resort on the western coast of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya (Lion’s Rock)
